I started by painting my nails with three coats of
Beyond the Nail - Andromeda. I chose this polish because it has so many elements of
blue. I wanted to stamp over it with a white polish but I didn't have time, so I added two rhinestones to each nail :) Each nail was topped off with
PRO-FX - Quick Dry Topcoat.
