DO IT YOURSELF NAIL STICKERS!
First things first: Please don't ask about my colour choices.. LOL! I just grabbed three different nail polishes to show what could be used!
Here's how to do it:
Step 1: Gather your supplies. Choose your colours, grab a plastic ziplock bag, and get some decorative hold punchers! (I bought mine from the local dollar store!)
Step 2: Using the nail polish you chose, paint sections of the ziplock bag (paint bigger sections if you're planning to do a lot of stickers). I used two coats, but it always depends on the polish thickness and how you want it to look on your nails (soft or bold). Let this dry until completely dry.. it may even take hours! (If you don't let this dry completely, they won't peel off the ziplock bag properly and they will be hard to use)
Step 3: Once they are completely dry, peel them gently off the ziplock bag. If they don't come off nicely, or start to tear, they just need more time to dry!
Step 4: Using your hole punchers, punch out the designs that you want to use.
Step 5: Place your nail stickers onto your nails! I didn't let mine dry completely so they stuck onto my nails and stayed in place. You may or may not need to put a topcoat on before hand so they stick easier. After it's snug in place, put a top coat over it and Voila! Home made nail stickers!Labels: tutorial
