Well, I really wanted to use both these colours that I got in my April Julep Box, so I used them together for this nail design :) It resembles a french manicure, but with colour! I used Penelope as the base (two coats) and Niecy as the tip colour (one coat). I was really impressed in my last post about the baby blue Julep polish (Jessica), but the baby pink (penelope) was not even comparable to it! It was streaky, took forever to dry, and even with two coats I didn't feel it covered my nails completely. A third coat would probably have been best but I didn't want to wait another eternity for it to dry!Labels: julep
