Just wanted to do a non-related nail polish post. I wanted to do a post on hair serums. I also wanted to hear any tips or what you guys use to make your hair soft and silky. My hair is VERY frizzy and unmanageable.. the underneath is curly.. the middle is wavy and the top of my hair is just frizz.. lol! So I always have to straighten my hair. That's why I use hair serum -- to make my hair soft, smooth, & silky. (It also helps because I dye, blow dry, & straighten all the time.. so I damage it a lot!)
So here's what I use:
I received the CHI Silk Infusion from my Luxebox (click here to see the box) and it works great, but I am not pleased with the smell. The Garnier Fructis is a little better with the smell, but I feel like the serum itself is a little watery and makes my hair feel greasy. But after I straighten it, it feels sleek and smooth so I can't complain. The got2be is my favourite! It smells like berries, has a nice consistency, and the bottle is even cute! You can see in the pictures it has cute charms that hang off the bottle.
So all in all, my favourite would be the got2be smooth operator, but I've heard everyone loves the CHI brand. The next product I want to try is Biosilk... but honestly, I feel like all hair serums have the same outcome, so I don't know if I should spend the money!
What do you guys use, and do you have any tips to help frizzy hair?!
