I love neon polishes all year round.. it makes even the cold days seem a bit warmer (not really, but it brightens up my day!).
I started by painting my index finger with two coats of Beyond the Nail - Tropical Grove. On my middle finger, I painted one coat and sponged on another coat of Beyond the Nail - Countdown. On my pinky finger I painted on two coats of Beyond the Nail - Sunset Islands. On my ring finger I sponged on a gradient using Tropical Grove & Sunset Island. When it was dry I stuck on a Mermaid Nail Decal overtop. I topped everything off with one coat of PRO-FX - Quick Dry Topcoat and placed on some glitter from Countdown on my index and pinky fingers.
