#BringBackTheBees Campaign & Matching Nails

Hi everyone, my work, General Mills, & Honey Nut Cheerios has just started the #BringBacktheBees campaign. Just like Burt's Bees, both companies are holding this campaign to help bring back the honey bees! Honey Nut Cheerios is trying to reach their goal of planting 35 million wildflowers in order to help restore bees’ habitat and help them find good nutrition. Without bees’ amazing work we would not have some of our favourite foods like coffee, berries, and, of course, honey.

Visit www.BringBacktheBees.ca to order your wildflower seeds from Veseys Seeds!

Of course, I'm not done there. I had to do my nails for this campaign! I'm not big into yellow nail polish, but I knew if I added some other elements to my nails I would end up liking it much better.

I started by painting my nails (except my ring finger) with two coats of Beyond the Nail - Spring Yellow Creme. I painted my ring finger with two coats of Beyond the Nail - Holographic Gold Microglitter. When everything was dry, I placed a Honeycomb nail guide on my middle finger and painted over it with a generous layer of the Holographic Gold Microglitter polish, then immediately peeled away the nail guide. I stamped on a bee from Bundle Monster's Stamping Plate BM-401 using Beyond the Nail - Deep Black and my new Clear Jelly Nail Art Stamper. I went over every nail with one coat of PRO-FX - Quick Dry Topcoat, and stuck on some nail studs to my thumb, index finger, & pinky.
