I started by painted my nails with two coats of
Beyond the Nail - Shadow. I added one coat of
PRO-FX - Quick Dry Topcoat to prevent my nail polish from coming off in the next step. With a flat eyeshadow brush (it's for nail art now!), I dabbed a bit of
Sinful Colors - Snow Me White on my nails in random spots. I then dipped my nails in nail polish remover and lightly tapped the brush all around my nails to give it a "smokey" look. When I was happy with the amount of polish taken off/dabbed around my nails, I put one coat of
PRO-FX - Quick Dry Topcoat over them again. I added some
Ghost Nail Decals (in silver) to finish off the look, as well as another coat of topcoat to seal the decals onto my nails.
