I met my idol - COCO!

Hi everyone! One of my favourite celebrities/idols is Coco. I actually messaged her on instagram a couple of months ago telling her I wanted to send her some nail polish and she actually gave me her contact information! We got in touch with each other, and she picked out some polishes that she likes and I sent her them! She hasn't tried them out yet because she is touring all summer with Ice-T, but she said she can't wait to try them (& wants me to make a gel polish?!). Look at her message to me on instagram:

I love watching her show Ice Loves Coco, and this past weekend I heard that Ice-T was going to be hosting at a club near me, so I HAD to go! I didn't see anywhere that Coco would be there, but I know they're always together and that Ice-T is touring with his band Body Count & Coco said she was touring with them. So I went on twitter and asked if she was going to be at the club with Ice-T. She actually messaged me back and said yes! So exciting :)

When Ice-T & Coco arrived at the club, they went to a booth and got settled in. I didn't want to hound them right away, and I noticed a lot of people being turned away by security and were not allowed to take photos or talk to Ice or Coco. So I waited a bit, and slowly walked up to the booth and smiled at Coco and said "I'm Maddy from Beyond the Nail!" and she invited me into their booth!! She gave me a big hug and said how nice it was to finally meet me. Right away she grabbed my hand and wanted to see my nails (I wore Supernova because I know she loves pink!). We talked for a bit about nail polish, her dogs, Ice-T's tour, etc. Then she introduced me to her husband (Ice-T!!), and they offered me a drink. I told my boyfriend to come up and meet them, and they offered him a drink too. They let us chill with them for almost half an hour and even let us stay when they kicked out other people. It was so awesome!! Coco & Ice-T were SO nice and welcoming. They are exactly how I imagined them to be, but probably even nicer :)
