Hey everyone! I received my first
BarkBox and I absolutely love it! Well.. Windsor loves it :)
If you recall in my first post about BarkBox (see
here), it's a monthly box that you get in the mail filled with goodies for your dog. The boxes include 4 or more products every month that range from
toys, bones, hygiene products, etc. What's also great is that they
donate 10% of their profits to
shelters, rescues and animal welfare organizations!
I bought a 3 month subscription, which cost me $72 plus $5 shipping (for each month & only because I live in Canada). It ended up being $29 a month for the box. It seems like a lot of money, but I figured that if I bought all these items separately, it would cost more, and I wouldn't get to try out these awesome treats and toys! If you subscribe for more months, you end up saving money too!

I can't find this product on their website, so I'm not sure if this was a limited time item or not...

These treats are all wheat-free with fresh, human-grade ingredients

I was so excited for this whole subscription box, so I had to show my parents and made sure I took photos first before giving Windsor anything. But when he saw this toy, he got SO excited. He was jumping on me, giving me his paw.. he even tried to steal it out of the box! What a sneaky dog. He loves this!

Twistix helps
remove plaque, tartar and freshens breath using co-extrusion technology
for Triple Action cleaning power. The green color has vanilla,
peppermint, parsley and chlorophyll to freshen breath and the white
color contains sodium hexametaphosphate, which cleans teeth by removing
plaque and tartar during chewing.
I gave one of these to Windsor this morning and at first he was hesitant because it was something new. I was scared he wouldn't like it because my old dog would never eat anything minty. But he ate it up in no time!

These were the first treat I opened.. Windsor was to impatient, so he got a treat out of it before I took photos.. Hense why it's already ripped open! haha. These treats are nice because you can choose what size of the treat you want to give to your dog! Windsor was also hesitant at first because he's never had anything in this flavour.. but he still ended up eating a whole treat no problem :P
